Janet Anderson is responsible for teaching the quantity foods production courses and food service management courses in the dietetics programs.  She is also responsible for teaching the beginning nutrition course and life cycle nutrition.  She coordinates all of the beginning nutrition courses that are taught and provides inservice training to all teachers.  She assists in the administration of all dietetics programs.
