IBR Anaerobic Digester
Andigen’s IBR tanks are modular, 30 feet tall, and 13 feet in diameter. A simple patented flow mechanism prevents the tanks from plugging and a central device increases the density and activity of methane producing microbes.
Organic waste (usually animal waste) enters at the tank’s base. The flow of sludge and bacteria is mechanically controlled until methane and purified water exit near the top of the tank.

IBR Computerized Control System
The IBR computerized control system monitors in real time and controls the flow and temperate of all tanks and peripheral pluming devises. An optional service plan allows for Andigen to monitor the digester using the internet. This means your Andigen IBR digester will be fixed before you are aware that there is a problem.
Electric Generator
Methane gas produced by digestion is converted to electricity and sold on a local grid. Production is sufficient to provide on site electrical needs and pay for the Andigen digester.
Temperature controlled IBR structure
No variables are left to chance with the Andigen IBR digester. The entire IBR system is housed in a small building where optimal operating temperatures are maintained year round in any climate.
