Internship Opportunity with The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)
Doing an internship with EFNEP is one of the best options to enhance your career in Health Sciences (e.g., Dietetics, Didactic, Nutrition, Public Health). EFNEP is the oldest federal nutrition education program in the United States. Being the CSREES flagship nutrition program, EFNEP celebrates its 40th year of success, and it continues to serve more than 800 counties in the U.S. and its six territories, touching lives each day to improve quality of life through improved diet and skills of our people in the society.
Here are some of the valuable and fun experiences you will receive during your internship:
- Extension service in community nutrition
- Teaching nutrition lessons to families, youth, teen moms, and other groups
